My Learning Journal(TOEFL)

The last week,I started studying for TOEFL.However my English skill is very poor now.For example,I had to watch my TED video for more than 5 times to understand his speech,so I have to improve my listening skill by listening English news or movie.Now,I'm writing my learning journal and I am feeling that my writing speed and vocabulary is not enough.In TOEFL test,I have to write 400 words short essay in 30 minutes,but I think now I can only write only 200 or 250 words in 30 minutes.Therefore,I think it is going to be the long way for me to get high score in TOEFL test,but I have to plod away the task.
